"Deborah Krueger MemorialScholarship Program”

2009:  We have renamed our scholarship program in honor of our friend and colleague who was taken from us too soon.  Deborah was very supportive of AAHAM and the education it provides to its members; renaming it is a great tribute to her.  Purpose:The purpose of the Wisconsin Chapter Scholarship Program is to encourage local AAHAM member participation in educational activities such as attendance at seminars, participation on AAHAM committees, and studying for and acquiring either technical or professional certification through the AAHAM certification program.

Eligibility:

  • Health care provider members who are in good standing with the Wisconsin Chapter of AHAAM.

  • The president of the board is ineligible.

  • The winner of the scholarship award is not eligible for the next two years.                                                

  • Each scholarship year begins the first calendar day of the year and ends on the last day of the year.  Applications and documentation of points earned must be submitted by February 1st of the following year.  The winner will be announced at the spring conference.

Welcome to the WI AAHAM website!  Our goal is to provide you, our members, prospective members, and healthcare associates with information and services pertinent to our industry.  Please take a few minutes to visit the website, check out our coming events, and if you are not currently an AAHAM member, consider joining our organization.  AAHAM educational opportunities are designed for your personal and professional growth in the healthcare field.  In addition, the national network of AAHAM members connects you with others around the state and country in similar career positions.  If have any questions, please contact me or any of the WI AAHAM Board Members.  I hope to meet you along the way at an AAHAM event in 2010.
